Please fill in details below to create an account.






1. Click on “Create a new ticket”.

2. Fill in all the mandatory fields accordingly.

3. Upload your attachments if you have any (images, brief, etc.).

Small size documents up to 6MB can be attached directly to the form.

4.Click on “Create ticket” button to submit your request.

Note: Please create only 1 ticket for the whole project. The same is valid for more country versions - create only 1 ticket.

Click on Create account and fill in all the details to register. You will receive an email with confirmation link. You can only register with your valid Ingka email address.

Issue on web: a bug, for example a typo, existing functionality stopped working or incorrect price. Describe the bug in detail to give us a full picture of what is wrong a where. Create one request per bug. Do not list several bugs into one request unless they are directly connected.


Ad-hoc change: last minute change or a suggestion for an improvement, for example a text or image change. Usually a lower impact change that can be implemented within 5 working days.


New page/project: complete page redesign, new page to be created, global project, new functionality to be added.

After submitting the request, you will immediately receive an email confirmation that your request has been registered. The link to your project will be included in this email, through which you can regularly check the actual status of your request.

Note: you will receive an automatically generated notification only when the status of the ticket changes to DONE (all parts/countries are ready).

You can cancel your request while it has still got an NEW status. If the status has already changed, please contact us immediately via comments (you can access it through My requests in your Profile or via the link we have sent you).

If you need to provide us with some additional information about existing project which we have already started to work on, use the Comment field in your Ticket (you can access it via the link we have sent you).

If the ticket is commented or you are tagged by someone you will receive email notifications. You can diactivate email notifications in your profile.

We do not recommend to switch them off otherwise you will be not notified if we ask you some questions about the project.
